We’ve been busy behind the scenes creating an even more beautiful, functional space for our BPC community and we’re so excited to share everything with you!

Studio Upgrades Now Complete!

Our latest studio fit-out is here, and it’s bringing all the good vibes:

  • New floating mirrors and ambient downlighting throughout the entire pilates/yoga studio.

  • A stunning new yoga and mat Pilates room, fully equipped with beautiful mats and props.

  • Equipment has been rearranged for our gym to be more practical as our numbers grow.

It’s all about making your experience feel spacious, calming, and aligned with the Balance ethos.

What’s New on the Timetable at the Pilates Centre?

Here’s everything happening with our amazing instructors:

💫 Kristy is back! She’s returned from her holidays and is bringing her signature energy to your Tuesday and Thursday classes.

💫 Ramano is now your Tuesday morning regular book your spot for a motivating start to the day!

💫 Sahara is officially launching Mat Pilates at BPC with her Thursdays 4:45pm class, PLUS we’ve added a Mums & Bub’s Mat Pilates class on Wednesdays at 9am perfect for staying active while connecting with your little one.

💫 Becca is guiding your Sunday reset with Yoga every Sunday at 10am expect mindful movement, stretching, and calm to start your week feeling balanced.

What’s Happening in the Gym?

💫 Our new Saturday Group Program has kicked off with weekend classes at 7:15am a great way to stay consistent and strong heading into your weekend.

💫 We’re creating a dedicated Mums Area, complete with a change table and convenient storage for your things this is being installed this week!

💫 Georgina is bringing her expertise to our new Mums & Bub’s gym classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am, designed to help you rebuild strength post-baby in a welcoming, supportive space. We’re offering discounted class packs to celebrate the launch get in quick! Send us a direct message to enquire.

💫 Ash and Sharday, our Master Coaches, have limited PT availability. If you’ve just joined as an Open Gym member or want to sharpen your training, a 1:1 session with is the perfect way to gain confidence and momentum.

What’s to look forward to in the Gym?

💫 A brand new Balance App is on its way making it easier than ever to book classes across both studios in one place. Simplified, streamlined, and designed to keep you moving without the admin stress.

💫 We’re also adding midweek gym group classes, so you’ll have more options to train and stay consistent beyond just weekends.
