Mums + Bubs Mat

Designed for the mums, this class offers a safe and supportive environment to rebuild strength, reconnect with your core, while your little one can watch the action. Focus on improving posture, alleviating aches, and restoring confidence. The little ones are welcome to join in on the mat whilst we work together on rebuilding key elements to post-natal deveolpment.
